The aim of our school is for every member of the community to feel valued and respected, and that each person is treated fairly and well. The school’s behaviour policy is designed to support the way in which all members of the school can live and work together in a supportive way. It aims to promote an environment where everyone feels happy, safe and secure.

The purpose of the behaviour policy at Long Knowle is to have an agreed set of expectations that promotes 1) good behaviour 2) self-discipline including self-regulation, 3) prevents bullying and 4) ensures that children can complete their work without disruption.
